Trainee Fabricator - 26,000 to 30,000 basic + generous overtime potential

Based in Romford | Full-time | Permanent

About the Role

IME is a growing mechanical engineering company based in Romford. We work nationwide in the energy-from-waste power sector, maintaining and improving vital infrastructure.

As a

Trainee Fabricator

, you'll:

Work alongside experienced fabricators in our workshop and on-site Learn key skills like prepping, cutting, burning, grinding, and welding Be involved in both planned maintenance and emergency call-outs Get exposure to real engineering work in a fast-paced environment Have the opportunity to earn significantly more through regular overtime

What We're Looking For

A strong interest in welding, fabrication, or engineering A positive, proactive attitude A willingness to get stuck in and learn new skills Reliability and a solid work ethic A full UK Driving Licence Apprenticeship or relevant experience is a bonus but not essential
