About the Role...



This is a unique opportunity to become a fully qualified financial adviser through a structured development programme which combines hands-on client engagement experience with full training support within the TFAS Enterprises Group.

As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you'll begin your journey under the Inzuzo brand, working within our referral service and qualifications division. Here you will speak directly with consumers who have made online enquiries seeking advice to understand their financial planning needs and match them with suitable advisers.

This role forms the foundation of your development, giving you invaluable real-world experience whilst you build the knowledge and skills required to progress into an advisory position within our TFAS Wealth brand.

What to expect...



This programme encompasses a tiered base salary structure dependant on experience and typically takes 18-24 months to complete, after which you will transfer to the TFAS Wealth brand.

The starting base salary is between 24,000 - 30,000 with OTE between 34,700 - 48,000. Upon successfully qualifying and achieving competent adviser status, the starting base salary is 40,000 with OTE of 60,000.

In addition, you will receive generous company benefits including 24-hour access to wellbeing support, annual salary reviews and an excellent work-life balance.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, a mix of early shifts (09:00 - 17:30) and late shifts (10:00 - 18:30), with a 16:00 finish on Fridays.

This role is primarily office based with the option of 1 working from home day upon successful completion of the probation period.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct outbound calls to consumers Receive inbound calls Provide solutions in line with consumer objectives Maintain workflow effectively Update the CRM accurately and consistently Adhere to OFCOM standards and TCF Provide fair and reasonable outcomes for all consumers and clients Ensure all information referred externally is accurate and professionally annotated Achieve all KPI benchmarks

RO1 / CMAP / DIPFA or higher

Experience

Experience working in a target driven environment, specifically within a sales based or appointment setting role
