We are seeking a dedicated and Trainee Grinder / General Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing & electroplating team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude but no experience is necessary. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various machinery, including universal grinders, lathes, and linishing machines. Full training will be provided. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure quality inspection of finished products. The use hand tools while adhering to safety protocols. Work to drawings & tolerances. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

No Proven experience in a manufacturing environment required. Full training will be provided. Some mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and machinery would be preferred. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
