What You'll Be Doing

Learning to lead and manage the daily operations of a children's home Supporting a multidisciplinary team across care, education, and health Gaining hands-on experience in safeguarding, regulatory standards, and staff supervision Being mentored in leadership, compliance, and therapeutic practice Building the confidence and capability to eventually register as a Home Manager with Ofsted
What You'll Need

Experience in residential childcare ( Deputy, or similar role) A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development A passion for leadership and a desire to make a real impact A commitment to completing or already working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare The ability to model resilience, compassion, and consistency
