We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations within the Tearoom, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop menus that cater to customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Skills
Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
Solid culinary experience including food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.
