Intake & Operations Supervisor

Permanent / Full time (Mon-Fri 7.00am - 4.00pm)

We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated person with good communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate would be used to early morning starts and be able to work under pressure. Basic knowledge of Word & Excel is required but full training will be given.

Duties to include:

Intake of stock, processing onto our system, batch coding, stock taking, daily stock rotation. Organising the storage of raw products in line with health and safety requirements and food safety standards.

Updating paperwork relating to production including, Food Standards Agency, HACCP, Health & Safety records.

Ensuring that all Traceability records are implemented, signed off and stored correctly to comply with FSA and SALSA.

Keeping up to date staff training records, ensuring that all production staff and areas meet the Health and Safety requirements and Food Safety Standards.

Assisting the Operations director & day manager with ordering of stock, keeping the fridges organised and reduction of waste.

Conducting regular maintenance checks within the building and reporting any issues to the relevant person.

Ensuring that drivers have cleaned and checked their vehicles daily.

Oversee the daily routine of the cleaner to ensure that the premises are up to standards.
