We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to support mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. Prepare detailed presentations and pitch books for client meetings, showcasing market research and strategic recommendations. Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analysing relevant financial data. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for clients' financial needs. Monitor market trends and industry developments to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Skills



Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling thorough financial analysis and modelling. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling software is essential. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. A solid understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and investment banking processes is highly desirable. A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or work experience will be advantageous.

This role will require relocation to Europe for the first 12 months

Pay: From 62,265.00 per year
