An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee IT Officerto join the team at Sunbeam Fostering Agency. We are looking for a passionate Trainee IT Officer to join our team in Langley. You'll share our commitment to provide a high-quality service to achieve positive outcomes for our children/young people.
Sunbeam Fostering may provide a work permit for the right candidate if necessary
What the role includes:
Assist with the installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Support staff and foster carers by providing technical assistance in person, by phone, or remotely.
Help diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Support administration and data reporting tasks using the CHARMS system.
Monitor and manage inventories of IT equipment and supplies.

Requirements
A strong interest in IT, with a desire to learn and develop technical skills
A degree or A-level in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent relevant skills) is desirable
