We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Trainee IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for our internal staff and external clients. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in IT support, with opportunities for training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in providing first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Learn to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating when necessary. Help install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations. Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, solutions, and procedures. Offer remote and on-site support to users as required. Work closely with experienced IT team members to develop technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

A keen interest in IT and technology. Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) or IT-related education is a plus but not required.
