Key Responsibilities

Assist Lead Engineers with installation and maintenance of data cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Fibre), WiFi networks, VoIP systems, CCTV and door access control, and other IT infrastructure projects.

Prepare and manage tools, equipment, and cabling on site.

Follow strict health and safety procedures.

Maintain a professional attitude and site presentation.

Communicate effectively with your team and site staff.

Be willing and able to travel throughout the UK (including overnight stays).

What We're Looking For

Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Punctual and flexible -- early starts, evenings, and stay-aways are part of the job.

Must be able to commute daily to our Coleshill HQ (for travel with your Lead Engineer).

A genuine interest in technology, networks, and IT systems.

Hands-on mindset with good problem-solving skills.

Professional and confident when representing the company.

Comfortable working at heights and using tools.

Full UK driving licence - preferred but not essential.

We offer two tailored development routes depending on your experience:

Network Engineer Apprenticeship: Structured training with classroom learning and recognised qualifications.

Internal On-the-Job Training: Learn directly from experienced engineers through mentoring and real-world projects.

Both paths include a clear progression plan to become a Lead Engineer, running your own projects and operating your own company van.

Full training and career progression.

Tools, PPE, and equipment supplied.

Mentoring and support from experienced engineers.

Financial compensation for travel, overtime, and stay-aways.

Opportunities to gain industry certifications.

Exposure to a wide range of technologies and project types.
