This exciting role will see you receive training to become an operations manager, assisting the senior operations managers, quoting jobs, interacting with customers, responding to emails, budget delivery, completing deadlines and travelling to various projects with a fuel card. You will work within a tight-knit team of 10 and the role as a whole is reliant on ongoing training, self-development and growth within the role with the aim of becoming an autonomous Operations Manager with numerous future prospects to look forward to.

This role would suit an aspiring Operations Coordinator or similar that is ready to kickstart a long term career with a company that invests in you and your development whilst ensuring excellent service is delivered.

The Role

• Working alongside senior operations managers
• Work on Varied Land Management / Drainage / Water projects
• Full Specialist training
• Monday-Friday (7am-5:00pm)
• Office Based Work with site visits \xe2\x80\x93 fuel card/ company car provided

• Aspiring Operations Coordinator / Manager
• Full Driving Licence
• Commutable to Wisbech
