Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and case support across private client matters
Assist with file opening, document management and case tracking
Prepare correspondence, reports and case updates for review
Collate, review and organise documentation and supporting evidence
Liaise with clients, third parties and professional contacts in a professional manner
Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in line with internal procedures
Support research activities relating to estates, probate and case background information
Ensure confidentiality and data protection requirements are met at all times
Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative, legal assistant or professional services role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Confidence working with case files and documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional, discreet and client-focused approach
Desirable (but Not Essential)
Experience in private client, probate, wills or estate administration
Familiarity with legal or case management systems
Research or investigative experience
Interest in legal support or private client services
