About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our dynamic team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines administrative in lettings and sales with business development duties to grow the lettings department.

The ideal candidate must be very highly motivated, a quick learner, confident communicator, and able to hit the ground running. You'll play a vital role with covering the lettings/sales admin work while also training/working to grow our lettings portfolio which included viewings/valuations.

Key Responsibilities:



Cover administrative for Sales and Lettings Assist with property listings and marketing Answer calls, manage diaries, and arrange appointments Cold calling potential landlords to win new business Attending viewings and meetings to win new business Increasing stock levels through proactive lead generation

What We're Looking For:



Confident,

Strong communication skills

- both written and verbal

Excellent organisational skills

and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Eager to succeed

and a willingness to learn and develop new skills Comfortable making cold calls and meeting clients face-to-face

Excellent negotiation skills

with a confident, professional approach. Long-term commitment with a

desire to grow within the company.

Previous experience in property is a plus, but not essential

Full UK driving license

required Own car would be ideal, but not essential

Days/hours:

Full-Time/permanent

Standard Hours:10am - 6pm weekdays and 9am - 3pm Saturdays Standard work schedule:

4 weekdays + every Saturday

(total: 5 working days per week)
Day off will vary between Wednesday/Thursday depending on company needs.

One mid-week day off will be provided, chosen based on the day with no appointments or tasks that are non-urgent
