Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Job Description
Squire Estates is an independent Estate Agent in Hemel Hempstead , we are currently looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to work in our town centre office.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, enthusiastic, motivated, no experience is necessary, just good communication skills and a clean driving license is required.
Working in a busy lettings environment this position will be 5 days a week including every other Saturday with a weekday off in lieu, no two days are ever the same but in a typical day the successful candidate could typically spend 50% of the day carrying out letting's viewings.
Key duties would involve
Registering and calling applicants to discuss property requirements,
Maintain a database of tenants,
Matching tenants' requirements to suitable properties,
Arranging and carrying out viewings,
Negotiating lets,
. Helping with marketing and social media
Dealing with landlords and customer care.
Using referencing software to reference applicants and create contracts
Skills / Experience:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Customer service experience possibly in the hospitality or retail sector
The ability to be flexible and to multi-task
Self-motivated and the ability to carry out viewings under pressure
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Enthusiastic attitude
Good computer skills
The successful applicant will be offered excellent training, a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission.
A company car will be provided.
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm
