. This is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

Your Role:

As a

Trainee Lettings Negotiator

, You'll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion

.

What We're Looking For:

Preferably an experienced

sales

person. Exceptional customer care/service experience. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must hold a full UK driving license.
