We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven
Lettings Negotiator
to join our growing team, covering the
St Helens and Prescot
area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the property industry with a reputable agency offering training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering applicants and understanding their rental requirements
Conducting property viewings with potential tenants
Liaising with landlords and tenants to arrange and manage tenancies
Marketing / updating adverts for available properties on various platforms
Supporting the negotiation and agreement of terms between landlords and tenants
Ensuring all legal and company compliance standards are met
Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
Managing time and appointments effectively across the St Helens and Prescot areas
Property Inspections
Inventories
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a target-driven environment
A proactive and customer-focused attitude
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential
A genuine interest in the property sector
