Trainee Loft Converter/improver/skiled Labourer
Job Description
Position available for trainee/improver within loft conversion company this would suit someone with a background and experience in carpentry but looking to advance there skills and learn all the aspects of construction that are required to complete a loft conversion.
All work is within the CM post code area. Local based candidate is preferred
Experience in construction preferable.
Duties: - Assist with various construction tasks such as cutting, measuring, lifting, and carrying materials - Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials - Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of a skilled worker - Assist in measuring and marking materials for cutting or installation - Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment - Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time
Use of power tool and hand tools
Manual handling/heavy lifting
Working at heights
Duties to include measuring and cutting materials, using power tools. Must be comfortable working at height and completing manual handling tasks.
Work is in residential properties,
Paid via CIS
Must have driving licence and own transport
