About Us:

Arrow Film & Foil Converters is a flexible print packaging business based in Castleford. We are a growing business who is rapidly expanding and as a result, we are looking for Trainee Machine Operators to join our growing team.

The Job:

Full training will be given however we are looking for people with previous machine operator experience, not warehouse PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE RUNNING A MACHINE - your application will be disregarded if not.

Key responsibilities include;

Responsibility for each machine. Ensure targets are met during each shift. Ensure accurate documentation is filled in at all times. Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to. Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with BRC procedures.

Hours and Salary:

You're working hours will average 40 hours per week on a continental style shift pattern Monday - Friday. We offer a 25,750 per year salary and plenty of overtime is also available due to the growth of our business.
