Introduction:

We are looking for someone to join our busy commercial team to as a trainee marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing executive or specialist who's ready to take the next step toward management. We're not looking for someone fresh out of education -- this role is for someone who already understands how to deliver campaigns and now wants to build confidence leading projects and people.

What you will be doing:

Your primary focus will be to lead our marketing function to turn it into a department that:

Generates a high volume of inbound and outbound leads

Has an established brand/ brand identity across our identified customers and target audience.

You will be taking on the management of our team of in-house marketers and supporting them in delivering successful marketing initiatives & campaigns with pre-defined and agreed goals and objectives.

Supporting you will be our Head of Enterprise Architecture who will help you with management/ leadership and on marketing strategy and plans to evolve the marketing function so it is as successful as possible.

You will be:

Leading and growing our team of marketers

Managing our internal/ external partners (graphic design, Copywriter, SEO, PR & Social Media)

Dealing with our group level marketing resources (website, social media, collateral etc)

Ensuring our marketing campaigns are ran on time and on budget and deliver the results needed to fuel the business with new customers

What we are looking for

Someone who has solid marketing experience - this isn't your first role You're proactive, dependable, and able to work with minimal hand-holding You're keen to step into leadership and learn how to manage people and processes You understands that marketing is responsible for generating new business via leads A process driven approach aligned in the same methodology on how we conduct marketing and expect it to be operated
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
