We are a dynamic and growing Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering innovative building services solutions across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial. With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative team environment, we are now looking for a Trainee Mechanical Estimator to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and more). Work closely with senior estimators and project managers to understand project requirements. Learn to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Support in sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers. Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading estimating software.

What We're Looking For

A keen interest in mechanical engineering or building services. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ideally, the candidate will have undertaken a plumbing/heating technical apprenticeship.
