Trainee Mobility Sales Consultant
to join our team in Worksop. We aren't looking for 10 years of sales experience. We are looking for the right person--someone with empathy, energy, and a willingness to learn the modern way to sell.
The Opportunity: We Will Train You
We are looking for potential, not a finished product. We will provide you with a structured training program where you will learn:
Product Expertise:
How mobility scooters and powerchairs change lives.
Modern Sales Skills:
How to use our CRM (customer database), manage a digital pipeline, and consult rather than "pitch."
Fieldcraft:
How to manage your own territory and day.
What You'll Be Doing:
Phase 1 (Learning):
You will start in our showroom and warehouse, learning our products inside out and handling telephone enquiries.
Phase 2 (Shadowing):
You will join our senior team on the road, visiting customers in their homes to observe how we assess needs and demonstrate products.
Phase 3 (Consulting):
Once confident, you will take the wheel (literally). You will visit clients, conduct assessments, demonstrate equipment, and close sales using a supportive, advice-led approach.
Ongoing:
You will use iPads/Tablets to process orders, update client notes, and manage your schedule efficiently.

You need to be able to sit down with an elderly customer or someone with a disability, listen to their struggles, and build genuine trust.
Tech-Savvy:
You must be comfortable adopting new technology. If you can navigate apps, tablets, and software easily, you're halfway there.
Hunger to Learn:
You are coachable. You don't have "bad habits"--you want to learn best practices and grow your career.
Reliability:
You are punctual, organised, and take pride in your appearance and work.
A Drivers Licence:
Essential (Clean UK Licence).

25,500
per annum--a highly competitive foundation while you learn and grow.
