We are a busy specialist Mortgage Brokerage based in Hamstead, Birmingham seeking a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. You must have CeMAP 1 mortgage qualification preferably CeMAP 3, and we will train you in all aspects of the mortgage process to ensure that you will become a successful adviser with very significant earnings potential. The role is to advise clients with the most appropriate mortgage and protection products for their needs and we specialise in helping clients who have more complex situations and who cannot obtain a mortgage through mainstream lenders.
You will need to have an understanding of basic computer systems and an ability to work accurately under pressure with a positive outlook. Some experience of the mortgage market would be an advantage. You will be joining a small, friendly and successful brokerage who will train you in all aspects of the mortgage advice process so that you will progress to Competent Adviser Status and gain the financial rewards from your efforts.
The successful candidate will need a positive outlook, ideally with some sales experience with a strong desire to succeed.
