Trainee Mortgage Adviser

Nottingham, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Are you looking to build a rewarding career in Financial Services but don't yet have the qualifications or industry experience? If you have the personality, drive, and work ethic to succeed, we can provide the training and development to help you get there.

Join one of the UK's fastest-growing, Top 50 mortgage brokerages - a company that combines technical excellence with a people-first culture.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with a steep learning curve and strong earning potential. Successful applicants will benefit from first-class induction training and a structured two-year development programme, designed to build comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the mortgage industry.

During the programme, you'll gain exposure to the full mortgage process, develop your skills, and work towards becoming CeMAP-qualified.

Completion of the programme does not automatically guarantee progression into a Mortgage Adviser role. However, it provides a strong foundation to be considered for adviser opportunities within James Leighton, based on performance, attitude, and the business's needs at the time.

Our aim is to develop long-term team members who are passionate about building their careers with us and contributing to our continued success.

We're conveniently based just off Junction 25 of the M1.
