Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Adviser.


Location: Full-time at our HQ in Norwich !


Start Date: Immediate interviews with an Oct/Nov 2025 Start.


Training Duration: 18 Months.

We're bold, compassionate, and here to make mortgages make sense for everyone, and now, we're looking for ambitious go-getters with solid customer service and sales experience to join our game-changing Mortgage Academy.


What you'll get:


Year 1 OTE:25K base + variable commission of between 4K to 10K, depending on which role you are assigned to.
CeMAP Sponsored:We fully fund your CeMAP journey -- from study materials to exam costs
Post-Qualification:Base jumps to 27K + 4K commission OTE = 31K
Once You're an Adviser:28K base with up to 75K OTE (yes, really!)


Office Based, Working Hours:


During Training Period. (18 Months):


Working 2 days of 9:00 AM-6:00 PM & 2 days of 11:00 AM-8:00 PM + Fridays 9AM + 5PM.
1 Saturday in 3 required.


Post-Training:


Rotating shifts: 2 days of 9:00 AM-6:00 PM & 2 days of 11:00 AM-8:00 PM + Fridays 9AM - 5PM, No Weekends.

How the Academy Works:


Our Mortgage Academy is designed to build you into a confident, qualified adviser through a hands-on journey across key areas of the business. From customer onboarding to application submission, you'll understand the entire mortgage journey inside-out.


You'll work closely with our expert support teams who handle the admin -- so you can focus on advising, building trust, and smashing your targets.
