Salary: 30,000 per annum + commission

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people skills and phone confidence to break into the world of commercial finance. You'll receive full training and mentorship to become a trusted advisor to clients in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities

Make and receive calls from care home owners and healthcare professionals Build relationships and understand clients' finance needs Assist brokers in preparing and processing finance applications Liaise with banks, lenders, and legal professionals Learn how to structure deals and manage transactions from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Confident communicator - especially over the phone Great listener with a professional and friendly manner Previous experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or finance is beneficial Eager to learn and take on a long-term career opportunity Organised, proactive, and good with detail
