What We Offer:

You'll be part of a dynamic, modern team based in our high-street office in the heart of Hitchin. Over two years, you'll receive industry-leading training, hands-on experience, and full support to become a qualified and authorised Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

Year 1: Build Your Foundation

Work in a customer-facing support role alongside our Senior Advisers Enrol in a

Level 3 Mortgage Adviser Apprenticeship

Begin your

Protection Adviser

training and obtain CAS (Competent Adviser Status) under the guidance of our specialist mentor Gain experience with UK mortgage lenders, protection providers, and the home-buying/remortgaging process

Start earning commission

on protection products and other performance-related tasks during your first year
Year 2: Progress to Professional Adviser

Continue hands-on training while completing your

CeMAP 1, 2 & 3

qualifications via the London Institute of Banking & Finance Work towards full authorisation with our network partner,

PRIMIS

, and the

Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

Begin advising clients directly on mortgages and protection, unlocking

full commission earning potential
