As an apprentice you will work closely alongside qualified practitioners to provide a safe, challenging and rich environment for children to flourish.
You will work with parents to meet the needs of their child and support the children on a daily basis.
You must be willing to play, engage and have fun and must be empathetic and have good use of initiative.
As an apprentice you will support the daily running of the setting and will undertake a wide variety of roles throughout the day from caregiver to first aider from cleaner to dancer.
You will work with both us as a company and YMCA training as your training provider to complete both practical and written assessments of your practice. You must ensure that you are able to adhere to deadlines and have good communication skills via technological sources such as email.
