Summary
We are seeking a Trainee Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in West Dereham. This role is vital for supporting our operations and enhancing our administrative efficiency, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional transport and logistics services.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Office tools as needed.
Support financial team with data/preparation of tasks as required.
Support Marketing with database entry, marketing
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years proven office experience with strong administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong typing skills and ability to manage data entry tasks efficiently.
Effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
