An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Tunbridge Wells & Flimwell Agency.

High Net Worth (HNW) insurance represents a key area of growth for us, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to help drive expansion in this market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and professional team in a role where your contributions will be highly valued and duly rewarded.

About the role:



As a Sales Executive focusing on High Net Worth insurance, your responsibilities will include:

- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood.

- Identifying opportunities to provide tailored insurance solutions to High Net Worth individuals and households.

- Offering expert advice on comprehensive insurance products, ensuring clients are provided with the best possible cover.

- Collaborating closely with the agency's team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

- Representing NFU Mutual and the agency professionally and proactively within the local community.

About you:



We are looking for a talented individual with:

- Demonstrable experience in sales, ideally within the insurance, financial, or HNW sector.

- A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, offering a customer-focused approach.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ambition, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude to drive growth in this key area.

- Desirable: Experience with HNW insurance products or clients, but not essential as training will be provided.
