As a trainee or experienced Property Consultant/ Negotiator, you're the first person a client will speak to or meet, therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated individual who wants the opportunity to actively participate in building our dominant estate agency with the potential to reap the accompanying financial & personal rewards!
Previous experience in a sales role is not essential and full training will be provided. You will need a drive to succeed and excellent communication and organisational skills. Role Summary:
Registration and management of clients on an electronic database. Schedule accompanied viewings in your diary and engage with clients. Handle inbound leads which are provided through various property portals. Generate and negotiate offers to deliver a mutually satisfactory conclusion for both parties. Successfully progress sales and lets to enable a successful exchange of contracts. Canvassing, prospecting and door knocking for new business. OTE 30,000

You have excellent local knowledge of Dartford and the surrounding area, ideally living locally as well. You have a natural selling ability and a desire to succeed You have a natural flair for and enjoy dealing with people and, always look to provide the best customer service.
