We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our established Bewdley team as a Trainee Paralegal. To be successful, you will have at least 12 months administrative experience and a keen interest to learn more about Wills, Trusts and Estates work.
As a Trainee Paralegal will be expected to provide lawyers in our Trusts and Estates team with typing and administrative support on a variety of client matters.

What the job involves:
Speaking to clients using a variety of communication methods, including email and telephone and providing a high level of client care and excellent customer service.
Drafting Wills, LPAs applying for Grants of Probate and letters of administration and the administration of these matters as well as proof-reading system generated documentation.
Training will be given on using systems such as SOS (case management), Arken and the Probate App.
Following our compliance policies and procedures in line with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality scheme Standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
Have excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
What you need:
At least 12 months experience in an administrative role.
To be passionate about giving outstanding client care and service.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
To be able to use your own initiative and demonstrate excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
Proficient in the use of IT, including Microsoft Office applications, email and internet.
