Trainees are guaranteed 40 hours pay per week while training Monday to Friday while training 12.21 per hour while training After passing PCV test, 13.52 per hour plus supplements for the first year After first year, full driver rate 14.56 per hour plus supplements
KonectBus, now part of the Transport Made Simple Group, are looking to recruit trainee bus drivers to join our friendly team to operate from our Kelvedon and Sudbury depots. Once training is complete and candidates have obtained their full PCV Licence, a range of full and part time positions are available working on local bus service including school contracts

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who, by joining our Trainee PCV Driver Program, will become part of our experienced, professional Bus & Coach driving team. The successful candidates will have a genuine passion to deliver excellent customer service as well as a positive, flexible and friendly attitude.

The successful candidate must have held a clean Full UK drivers licence for at least 2 years.

We will support trainees from start to finish - from booking your medical, assistance with applying for provisional Category D entitlement on driver's licence and Enhanced DBS Certificate. We will supply the training material and expertise of an experienced driver to coach you through your training. We will arrange all your practical training and tests in-house.

On successful completion of the training program you will be offered employment as a PCV Driver on agreed terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.22-16.01 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
