We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team as a
Trainee Dispenser
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and wants to start a rewarding career within community pharmacy.You will be supported through a structured
training programme
to achieve a recognised dispensing qualification, enabling you to assist in the preparation and supply of medicines to our patients safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the dispensing and preparation of prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist. Providing excellent customer service and advice on over-the-counter medicines. Supporting the pharmacy team with stock control, ordering and date checking. Ensuring the dispensary is kept clean, organised, and compliant with regulations. Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
About You
Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience required - full training will be provided.
