Join our dedicated team in Winnersh, where you will play a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations behind the scenes. As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will work closely with an experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to safe and efficient patient care.


You will also get full training to complete a Level 2 Certificate in Pharmacy Services Skills, also known as an NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification and become a qualified dispenser.

The Role:

As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be supported and trained to carry out duties such as:

Learning how to dispense medication accurately while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards Supporting the Pharmacy Operations Team with stock control, inventory management, and dispensing processes Assisting in the delivery of exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionals Developing the skills to maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy

What we are looking for:

A genuine interest in pharmacy and a desire to become a qualified dispenser Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to developing your skills Ability to work at pace under pressure

What we offer:

Salary 25,500 per annum Paid Training so you will be a fully trained Pharmacy dispenser in around 9 months 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 1 year Generous pension scheme with employer contributions matched up to 5% Supportive and welcoming team culture Company pension Cycle to work scheme Free food and drink onsite

Hours:

40 hours, 5 days per week Monday to Friday and Saturday Half day opening hours Shift pattern: 7am to 4pm or 10am to 7pm on a rota basis On-site position
