Trainee Pre-Commissioning Cleaning Engineer

What you receive for joining us:

We offer a competitive salary of

27,000 to 29,000 per annum

, depending on relatable experience, with 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, and other benefits we'd be happy to tell you about. It goes without saying that you will be given on going training and support through your learning journey. You'll work a 40hr week with travel into London and surrounding areas.

Here's a look at some of the things you'll be doing:

Carry out pre-commission cleaning on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and pipework, following industry standards, regulations, and health & safety guidelines Use a range of chemicals, methods, and equipment to remove debris, dirt, and contaminants, completing all cleaning projects within agreed timeframes and budgets Communicate clearly with clients and team members, maintain accurate records of work completed, and report any issues or concerns to management Continually update knowledge of industry best practices, new cleaning technologies, and any relevant developments to support high-quality work

Can you show experience in some of these areas?

No experience required, though construction-related knowledge can be an advantage; must hold a valid safety card/qualification to attend UK sites (training provided during induction) Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, especially in the early stages Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to job sites Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed
