Trainee Print Production Operative
to join our team.
This is a fantastic, hands-on opportunity for a highly motivated individual to kick-start a career in digital printing and production. We provide comprehensive, structured training from file processing right through to final delivery.
The Opportunity: Learn the Trade!
We are looking for potential, not just prior experience. You will be fully trained in all aspects of print production, including:
Digital Press Operation:
Learning the setup, operation, and routine maintenance of modern digital print machinery (e.g., Xerox, Canon, or similar).
Print Finishing:
Hands-on training in essential finishing techniques, including using the guilotine, creasing, folding, binding (wiro/comb), and laminating.
Workflow Management:
Understanding how to prioritise urgent jobs, manage print queues, and maintain high standards of quality control.
We Are Looking For:
Computer Literacy:
High proficiency in using computer systems, managing digital files, and learning new software quickly.

A strong

and proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for learning a trade.
Highly Organised:
A methodical and detail-oriented approach to tasks, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Logistics Requirement:
A full, clean
UK Driving Licence is essential
for performing local deliveries in a small company van (full training on loading/unloading will be provided).
Physical Ability:
Must be physically able to handle printing materials, stock, and load/unload the vehicle.
