Summary

We are seeking a Trainee Process Operator to join our team in the dynamic field of laser cutting for the construction industry. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities

Under go a Training Program to understand Laser 24 in all areas within the company. Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Manage materials handling and ensure proper inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Assist in training new operators on equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing or a similar role. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Familiarity with materials handling and warehouse operations. Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely. Knowledge of CGMP standards is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
