About the Role
:
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will assist the Aftersales team with administrative and
coordination tasks across multiple live projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside the business, providing administrative
support and gaining learning opportunities under the guidance of the Project
Coordinator and wider team.
This role will suit someone highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, who is looking
to build a career in project delivery, client support, or operations within the engineering
and HVAC sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Admin Support
Assist the Project Coordinator with basic coordination tasks and shadow project activities
Support scheduling of meetings and site visits under supervision
Help maintain project folders and trackers with guidance
Learn to use CRM/ticketing systems and assist with logging queries
Support documentation efforts and learn to draft minutes and actions
Communication & Process
Assist in managing the shared Aftersales phone line and support email
Support handling of customer queries with supervision
Communicate updates clearly to engineers, clients, and suppliers
Learn internal process timelines and assist in monitoring them (e.g., ticket deadlines, pre-
start lead times)
Logistics & Procurement
Support logistics planning tasks under supervision
Assist with procurement tasks and learn supplier coordination
Support coordination of deliveries and learn QA tool tracking
Assist in tracking quotes and invoices with guidance from the commercial team
Health & Safety
Assist in filing RAMS and H&S documentation and learn submission processes
Learn documentation submission procedures and assist with portal uploads
Reporting & Quality Assurance
Support data collation for reports and learn reporting standards
Assist in tracking SLA compliance and understand quality benchmarks

Skills & Competencies

Keen interest in HVAC, engineering, or technical project delivery and learning
Experience (desirable but not essential)
Exposure to office or admin work is a plus
Interest in gaining exposure to engineering or construction environments
Competent using CRM systems and structured ticketing platforms
