Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organised, trainee to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will learn all aspects of the property management role through training supervision and on the job experience. You will learn how to handle all aspects of tenancy management in a fast paced environment from daily maintenance to property checkouts!
Benefits:
9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
One weekend per month 'on call' for emergency calls only.
20 days holiday not including public holidays.
Pool car available and milage paid if own vehicle used.
Clean Driving Licence Required

Key Responsibilities
Administration:
Keep property records updated on the company software system.
Take calls from tenants reporting maintenance issues make notes and gain understanding on how report these to the landlord.
Tenancy Management:
Experience our first-class training program that will enable you to answer questions and deal with situations raised by tenants and landlords.
Master your customer service skills with guidance from your experienced colleagues.
Checkouts
Learn how to conduct property checkouts at the end of tenancies.
Experience preparing detailed checkout reports including photographic evidence and condition assessments.
Handle deposit releases to tenants once an agreement has been reached with the tenant and landlord.
Repairs and Maintenance:
Become an expert in speaking to local contractors to raise quotes and carry out work.
Maintain accurate records of all works carried out and report successful completion back to the landlord.
Full training and mentoring will be given on all of the above tasks.
