This is a great opportunity to join our highly professional team where, under the supervision of the Senior Property Manager, you will follow a structured training programme designed to introduce you to a wide range of block management experience - including stints in other teams and departments.
At the same time, again, under the Senior Property Manager's supervision, you will provide an effective and efficient block and tenancy management service to homeowners and leaseholders for a reduced sized patch.
As needed, you will support estimated service and year end service charge calculations, servicing, deal with s20 consultations and work with other teams to ensure our estates and blocks are safe, secure in good repair and well maintained.
You will be expected to work flexibly to meet customer and business needs including evening working and weekends and from different geographic locations as may be needed, including arranging and attending residents' meetings as is appropriate.
The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
What you'll need
A willingness to follow a structured training plan to achieve membership of the IRPM within two years
A passion for, and commitment to the delivery of, customer service excellence.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines and targets.
UK DVLA Driving Licence and access to vehicle
