Trainee Property Manager/Property Manager



Location: Shrewsbury



Salary: c26,000 + 3,500 car allowance



Role Overview:



As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality management services to a designated portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Clients/Freeholders and Leaseholders within your portfolio, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in fostering a motivated, customer-focused service environment, ensuring that all service standards are met in accordance with policies. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and best practice standards within the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:



Property Inspections and Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections of properties and prepare detailed reports. Oversee and manage maintenance work to ensure properties are kept in excellent condition.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets for the properties in your portfolio. Oversee client accounts, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Insurance Management:

Arrange and manage Building, Directors, and Officers insurance, ensuring all properties are adequately covered.

Meeting Coordination:

Organize and attend EGMs, AGMs, Directors, and Residents meetings, providing professional support and advice.

Correspondence and Administration:

Manage all correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Lease Management:

Address and manage breaches of lease agreements, working closely with legal teams where necessary.

Contractor Management:

Coordinate with contractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.

Property Sales:

Oversee the assignment of leases during property sales, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently.

Complaint Resolution:

Address and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with all parties involved.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
