We're looking for a proactive and driven individual to help manage the administrative process from offer through to completion. You'll be working with our experienced team to ensure all sales progress smoothly, while gaining valuable experience in one of the UK's fastest-growing property markets.
About the Role
As a
Trainee Sales Administrator
, you'll support both the investment and residential sales teams by handling key admin and client-facing responsibilities throughout the sales progression journey. You'll liaise with solicitors, developers, buyers, and internal consultants to ensure all documentation, compliance checks, and communications are handled efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your knowledge of both off-plan and residential property sales. Full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the progression of both investment (off-plan) and residential property sales
Managing files from reservation/offer to exchange and completion
Liaising with solicitors, developers, buyers, and internal stakeholders
Handling sales documentation and ensuring compliance at each stage
Keeping clients and consultants updated with timely and accurate information
Maintaining records using our CRM and internal systems
Assisting with post-sale administration and client aftercare
