Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures, ensuring instruments and materials are prepared.
Provide excellent patient care: explain treatments, reassure patients, and answer concerns.
Maintain accurate patient records and support scheduling systems.
Ensure compliance with infection control and health & safety regulations.
Sterilise instruments and maintain cleanliness in treatment rooms.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare.
Requirements
Trainee Dental Nurse*: willingness to enroll on a recognised dental nursing course (support provided). Qualified Dental Nurse*: valid GDC registration. Strong patient care, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Previous dental or healthcare experience is preferred but not essential.
