At MV Kelly, our Commercial teams play a central role in every project we deliver. As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you'll work at the heart of our residential groundworks operations--helping to measure, manage, and control project costs while ensuring quality and value.

As part of MV Kelly's Commercial team, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of residential groundworks Quantity Surveying, from cost planning and valuations to managing subcontracts and controlling budgets. You'll work on major projects while receiving structured training and mentoring to help you progress quickly. Trainee Quantity Surveyor Role

Looking to kick-start your career in construction without the student debt? Our Trainee Programme offers the perfect blend of work and study.

You'll join us with little or no experience and begin by working alongside our Commercial teams to gain practical site and office experience. After six months of training, you'll be enrolled onto a sponsored Quantity Surveying degree, where you'll study one day a week and apply your learning on live projects for the rest of the week.

We'll cover your course fees while you earn a full salary, meaning you'll graduate with both a degree and valuable hands-on experience.
