About the Role

In this role, you will support clients throughout the buying, selling, and letting process, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage. You will work closely with experienced team members who will provide hands-on training, guidance, and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and progress within the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing professional advice and guidance Conduct property viewings and open houses, presenting properties confidently and professionally Prepare, manage, and maintain documentation related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements Build and maintain an organised database of clients, applicants, and property listings Negotiate offers and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Stay up to date with local market trends, property values, and relevant regulations Respond promptly and effectively to client enquiries, delivering a high standard of customer service Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure transactions progress smoothly from start to completion

Requirements

Previous experience in administration or customer service is beneficial but not essential Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build lasting client relationships Multilingual skills are highly desirable and welcomed Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Right to work in the UK; a full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the role
