We're now looking to hire addtional Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team at our new office in Billericay.

Job Responsibilities

Managing a 180 recruitment process Creating, qualifying and managing the entire sales cycle. Calling and qualifying new candidates Taking on and learning new sales techniques Managing and updating internal/external systems.
What we're looking for

Sales background Driven attitude Previous experience with telephone sales Good written and verbal communication Good IT skills Willing to learn and improve Ability to work in a pressured environment
We're offering a leading commission structure (Record deal size 95,000) as well as a competitive salary. On top of this, we have additional incentives including trips to Dubai and Las Vegas, San Diego, LA, lunch clubs in London and Quarter Elite lunch clubs in Dublin or Amsterdam!
