What You'll Be Doing:

Review CVs and create shortlists for clients Contact shortlisted candidates via phone or Teams to assess suitability Arrange interviews and provide feedback between clients and candidates Support candidates through the recruitment process, offering interview advice and guidance Keep accurate records and follow company policies Advertise job vacancies on job boards, social media, and websites Work towards targets for placements, client relationships, and business growth Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and job opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and company culture Use social media and networking to promote jobs and attract top talent

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence speaking to new people over the phone and in person Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to learn Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a professional and friendly approach Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment or sales
