About Nursely

Nursely is a CQC-registered care agency with five successful years in the UK. We provide person-centred care and are expanding into domiciliary care and supported living.

The Opportunity

This is a structured trainee role for a graduate or early-career professional who wants to become a CQC Registered Manager

and

gain strong commercial skills. You'll be mentored to learn care-service management

and

business development--building the confidence to secure contracts, approach potential partners, and grow Nursely's services.

Key Responsibilities (with full training and support)

Assist with the day-to-day coordination of care services, including scheduling, quality checks and compliance. Learn CQC regulations, leadership skills and best practice in social care.

Drive business growth

by identifying new opportunities, approaching local authorities, networking, and presenting Nursely's services. Help recruit, onboard and motivate care staff. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, families, commissioners and community partners. Contribute to strategic plans and service improvements.

What We're Looking For

Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong ambition.

Fearless, confident communicator

--comfortable making calls, pitching services, and meeting decision-makers. Enthusiasm for both social care and business development. Organisational skills and a willingness to learn leadership and compliance. Prepared to study for a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (funded by Nursely). Full UK driving licence desirable.
