The opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Administrator to join our BYD & Motor Match team in Crewe. Reporting into the Dealership Accountant you will complete all associated administration duties associated with purchasing a vehicle. This will include all invoicing paperwork, the online taxing and registering of vehicles and updating of internal sales systems.



As a Trainee Sales Administrator you'll need a keen eye for detail and need to ensure all vehicle documents are correct and that FCA regulations are met. You will work closely with Sales Executives to ensure our customers receive the best possible service when it comes to vehicle handover.

Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today. From Birmingham in the South to Carlisle in the North we partner with eleven brands including; Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Honda and many more.
