Salary: 18,500-19,000 basic + guaranteed 400 monthly bonus + uncapped commission (OTE 27,500-35,000)

The Role
As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound sales enquiries. You'll learn the full sales process and work with customers to identify the right insurance solutions, delivering an excellent level of service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate, compliant information on products and services
Build strong relationships and trust with customers
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Contribute positively to team culture and success
Support new starters through mentoring once experienced
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus
Able to multitask and work well under pressure
Ambitious and eager to learn
Experience in car insurance sales is beneficial but not required - full training is provided
The Package
Basic salary: 18,500-19,000
Guaranteed bonus: 400 per month
OTE: 27,500-35,000 (uncapped commission)
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm, plus every other Saturday (9:00am-2:00pm)
